Blenheim Syndicate 5886’s Direct Property portfolio constitutes a worldwide book of open market and binding authority business.
Whilst the focus of the open market account is driven by North American ‘soft’ occupancy commercial property business (particularly Municipalities, Hospitality and Real Estate schedules), the team will consider the majority of classes and territories.
Accounts are written on both a primary and excess of loss basis, ranging from small single locations to Fortune 500 schedules.
