John Lynch

John has over thirty years’ experience within the Lloyd’s market and co-founded the White Bear Capital Group in 2016. John is Chief Executive Officer of Blenheim Underwriting Limited and a director of White Bear Managers Limited. John was one of the founders and Chief Financial Officer of Cathedral Underwriting Limited from start up in 2000 to sale to Lancashire Insurance PLC in 2013, remaining as CFO of Cathedral until 2016.
Peter Scales
Executive Director, Blenheim
Peter has worked in the Lloyd’s marketplace for over thirty five years and co-founded the White Bear Capital Group in 2016. Peter is Chief Executive Officer of White Bear Managers Ltd and a Director of Blenheim Underwriting Limited. In 2000 Peter was appointed CEO and one of the founders of Cathedral Capital Limited from start up to the sale to Lancashire Holdings Limited in 2013, remaining as CEO of Cathedral within the Lancashire Group until 2016.
Nick Destro
Chief Underwriting Officer, Blenheim
Nick has worked in the London reinsurance market for over thirty years, underwriting most classes and territories of treaty reinsurance business. Prior to joining Blenheim in 2016 to establish and underwrite the Property Treaty account, Nick spent fifteen years at Cathedral Syndicate 2010 writing the North American Property Treaty book there.

Sharon Ingham
Finance Director
Prior to joining Blenheim as Finance Director, Sharon was UK CFO and Group Controller at Fidelis Insurance since its inception in 2015. Previously she was at Catlin for six and a half years in various roles including Head of UK Reporting. Sharon is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England Wales, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005.
