White Bear Managers Ltd, the MGA arm of the White Bear Group, has established a Commercial Crime MGA under the trading name Verde, with Financial Lines underwriters James Pallett and James Reynolds joining as Senior Underwriters.

The Verde portfolio will consist of primary and excess risk with a particular focus on sustainable businesses located in territories with an established corporate governance and audit environment such as the UK, Europe and North America.
